Refund policy

The customer has the right to return/replace your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase as follows :

- Product must be in the same condition as you received it, is not opened, used, installed, damaged or altered with in any way.

- Product must be with its original retail packaging and seal intact.

- Submit the original sales invoice Producing the original invoice.

- The customer can recover the value he paid as recorded and specified in the sales invoice Without Shipping Cost.

If the Product you received is damaged or cannot be used in its intended purpose, we advise you to head to the Product’s technical agent in Egypt immediately, and request the issuance of a report attesting the existence of such damage or defect. In such case, you will be entitled to receive the refund of the full purchase price.

You can cancel or modify your purchase order within 7 days from placing such order, whether by logging into your account and request the cancellation of your order.

- Returns will be checked once received

- After inspecting the shipment and agreeing to return it, your money will be refunded in the same way payment was made

Refund Policy: If the order was prepaid by credit card / debit card, we provide our valued customers with a cash refund service on his bank card or through other available payment methods. ‎In the case of the return and the method of payment was the payment upon delivery , the customer has the right to refund from our branches or by transferring to the customer’s bank account or his e-wallet of mobile companies. On our website, the customer is not entitled to request the amount in cash again.

سياسة الاسترجاع

العميل لديه الحق في استرجاع او استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء .

يجب ان يكون المنتج في نفس حالته عند شرائه...ان يكون ليس مفتوح او مستخدم او متلوف او متغير بأي شكل من الاشكال.

يجب احضار الفاتورة الاصليه مع المنتج.

يمكن للعميل ان يسترد قيمة المنتج التي دفعها كما هو مسجل في الفاتورة ماعدا مصاريف الشحن.

إذا كان المنتج الذي تم استلامه تالف أو لا يمكن استخدامه للغرض المقصود منه خلال فترة ضمانه فننصحك بالتوجه فورا إلى الوكيل الفني للمنتج في مصر وطلب إصدار تقرير يثبت وجود هذا التلف أو العيب في مثل هذه الحالة يحق لك استرداد ثمن الشراء بالكامل.

يمكنك الغاء او اضافة او تعديل الطلب خلال 7 ايام من تلقي طلب الشراء عن طريق الخول الي حسابك وطلب الالغاء.

سوف يتم تفقد الشحنة المرتجعة بمجرد إستلامها

بعد فحص الشحنة والموافقة على إرجاعها، ستتم إعادة أموالك بنفس الطريقة التي تم الدفع بها

سياسة السترجاع: إذا تم دفع الطلب مسبقا عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان / بطاقة الخصم، فإننا نقدم لعملائنا الكرام خدمة استرداد الأموال نقدا على بطاقته المصرفية أو من خلال طرق الدفع الإلكترونية الأخرى المتاحة. ‎في حالة الارجاع وطريقة الدفع كانت الدفع عند الاستلام يحق للعميل استرداد المبلغ عن طريق التحويل إلى حساب العميل البنكي أو محفظته الإلكترونية لشركات المحمول. على موقعنا لا يحق للعميل طلب المبلغ نقدا مرة أخرى.
